As space in Manhattan is scarce, New Yorkers must turn to creative solutions.
By taking advantage of the high ceilings, and exposing some of the joists, we were able to build a loft bed that has standing room around it.
In doing so, the 350 square foot apartment manages to have a spacious kitchen and living room with full size appliances and a washer/dryer. As well as an office, and a large bathroom.
